Being an Altar Server is a wonderful adventure. An Altar Server is one who serves Christ at the altar helping priests, but most of all, who by life and example testifies of being
a disciple of Christ. St. John Paul II said: “Your service should not be limited only to the temple; it must radiate to the surroundings in which you live every day: to school, family and other areas of social life. The one who can serve Jesus Christ in the church must be his witness also in the world.” Being an Altar Server is also a great opportunity to deepen your faith, find new friends and joyfully spend your time.
