We wish to welcome anyone interested in receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation. The preparation for the sacrament is a two-year commitment in the Paterson Diocese.

At Our Lady Queen of Peace, the program begins in 7th grade (Confirmation I) and continues through the 8th grade (Confirmation II).

Our ultimate goal for those entering the process is formation as a disciple of Jesus Christ.

We are dedicated to ensuring that every candidate receives the best religious education possible. The preparation required by the Diocese of Paterson for Confirmation is a two-year commitment. Our Lady Queen of Peace follows the directives of the Diocese as is reflected in our handbook. Therefore, by the end of the process, each candidate will have met the requirements of the Diocese of Paterson and will be fully prepared to receive the sacrament of Confirmation. We welcome your input and cooperation as we guide our young people on their journey towards Christ.

All classes will begin on September 14, 2023. 

Confirmation I - 7th grade
